WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
New products are warranted and supported under the policy of the manufacturer.
Remanufactured Products are warranted and supported under the policy of the manufacturer.
Micco Technologies offers the following warranty periods:
Surplus Products - 6 Month Warranty
Reconditioned Products - 3 Month Warranty
Used Products - 1 Month Warranty
As-Is Products - No Warranty & No Returns
Micco warranty guarantees the item purchased will operate within the original factory specifications. If an item fails within the warranty period, it may be returned with all accessories and manuals to Micco Technologies for repair at no charge. Micco Technologies will pay for UPS Ground shipping charges. However, if no problem is found, the customer agrees to be invoiced an evaluation fee and for all shipping charges.
Micco Technology Warranty will be voided if warranty seals are broken or removed. Or if the item has been damaged or misused.
RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA):
IMPORTANT: A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be issued for each item before returning under warranty. Return shipments should be shipped with RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.
The return shipment should be securely packed and should include all associated accessories. Items are legally owned by the customer until received and accepted by Micco Technologies for restock.
Upon inspection of returned items, a determination to repair, replace, or issue credit for defective item will be made. Repaired or replacement equipment will normally be returned UPS Ground.
** RMA NUMBERS ARE VALID FOR 2 WEEKS FROM DATE OF ISSUE **
If equipment is not received within the two weeks of RMA issue, another RMA number would need to be issued provided the product is still under warranty.
Within the first (5) days of invoice date, Micco Technologies may accept products for return that is in compliance with all contract/purchase order specifications, but is refused or needs to be returned by the customer due to a change in customer requirements. In which case, Micco Technologies will waive the restocking fee. After the (5) day ROR period, a fifteen percent (15%) restock charge will apply to all items returned for non-warranty reasons.
CUSTOM BUILT PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE for restock on a standard basis.
IMPORTANT: Any product to be returned or refused as a result of damage to the packing container in transit must be handled by placing a damage claim with the freight company by the customer receiving the goods. Micco Technologies should then be notified of this problem. It is also important to save the packing box for freight forwarder inspection
